My purchase didn’t come back after reinstalling

Open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases. That brings back Remove Ads and the Starter Pack’s turret. Gems and coins are spent inside your saved progress, so they don’t come back once the game is deleted.

I lost my progress

Progress is saved only on your iPhone, so deleting the game erases it, and it doesn’t sync between devices. Restoring your whole iPhone from a backup made before you deleted the game brings it back.

I bought Remove Ads but still see ads

Remove Ads turns off the ads that play between levels. The game still offers optional videos for a revive, double coins or an extra card, but they only play if you tap to watch one. If ads still appear between levels, tap Restore Purchases in Settings.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

If you’re somewhere that requires consent, such as the EU or UK, open Settings in the game and tap Privacy choices. To change whether the game may track you across other apps, go to your iPhone’s Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The Privacy Policy has the details.
